McMow’s own Faith Morreale and Debbie Hawthorne are not only
great teachers of their craft, but are amazing artists as well. We are proud to carry some of their beautiful
pieces of art and jewelry at McMow.
Faith, who has a BFA in ceramics from UCF, joined the McMow
team shortly after graduating from college.
It was at McMow where she learned and perfected her glass craft. Her most recent works incorporate fused
pendants with hand beaded necklaces and fused wind chimes with hand beaded
elements. She teaches our Fusing 1 class as well as Intermediate Stained Glass.
Debbie has been a glass artist for several years, she likes to do local art shows and teaches Make it and Take it classes as well as Mixed Media classes at McMow. She likes to work with
fused glass but has done it all from stained glass to mosaic! Her latest works incorporate
fused with mosaic, and fused with stained glass. She is influenced by her tropical
surroundings and her exquisite attention to detail really pays off in the final
product.
