This two part class is a hands on in-depth look at the world of fusing. Phil will walk you through everything you need to know about the world of HOT glass. Start off with a light refresher and then go from A-Z of fusing techniques.

You will also have the opportunity to pull hot glass stringers and learn about the slumping technique. You will leave class with a beautiful slumped plate - along with additional fused pieces you will create.

Watch and learn about complicated slumping techniques including floral forms, dropouts, plates and bowls. You will learn how to slump using single and double layered glass.

In the afternoon - put your knowledge to work and make your own slumped piece! Take a workshop for just $10 and rent any mold you like for $5 and create your very own slumped piece. Master Fuser Phil will be on hand to guide you along. Come and spend a fun-filled day at McMow.
