In appreciation for the excellent protection and safety accorded the residents of Lake Worth by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue , McMow Art Glass offers our Deputies, Firemen and Paramedics the opportunity to participate in the Glass Arts. Public Safety personnel, along with their spouse or other family member can sign up for a special beginners class at 1/3 off the regular cost. As our way of saying Thank You to Lake Worth's finest and bravest, the regular $55 fee has been reduced to $35."Our hope is that Firefighters and Policemen will find the relaxation they so deserve in crafting their first piece of stained glass art and that it will become a favorite and pleasant pastime for them in their off duty hours.", said Shanon Materio, owner and Creative Director of McMow.
McMow has trained firefighters in West Palm Beach in the past and even helped set up a work area at their fire station to occupy the time between rescue calls.
